Microwave Denatures the Enzyme activity

Accroding to many research articles: Microwave inactivates the Enzymes. So, the use of microwave oven to prepare food stuff effects the quality of food.

  1. It is a good information regarding the food stuff and the enzymes present in it, but it is good for us as many of the microbes are lying there in the raw food materials. The chances of diseases from the food microbes can be reduced by using microwave.
